vintage charm near the station
excellent location vintage touches
the hotel location is excellent, right next to the main train station. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. i found vintage touches throughout the hotel, very charming. the free wifi was also a plus, easy to connect and use.
i noticed some noise at times, though it wasn't overly disruptive. it seemed to come from outside, particularly from the trains passing nearby. this might bother light sleepers or those sensitive to sound.

my room included basic amenities and comfortable beds. the space was clean and well kept, suitable for short stays. free wifi was provided in the room for easy internet access. i found the room quiet despite being close to the station.

central location metro access wide breakfast helpful staff
the location is convenient. it's close to the central rail station and metro lines. i could easily travel to tourist sites. breakfast had a wide range of options, with daily changing hot food. the staff are helpful and cute.
the carpet in my room looked old. it felt a bit uncomfortable to walk without shoes.

a romantic getaway amidst city sounds
friendly receptionists complimentary wine kind gesture special stay
the receptionists were friendly. daniel offered us complimentary mulled wine, good. simon was also very kind, a gesture i found very endearing. their warmth, it made us want to come back.
The noise from passing trains and traffic outside was noticeable. It sometimes disrupted the otherwise cozy ambiance of the room. Earplugs might be useful.

The reception lounge was cosy. Free coffee and tea were available near reception, always open . The location was superb with proximity to the main train station. I appreciated original design features about railway workers from the 1930s.

The breakfast choice was great. I appreciated the comfy beds. Staff members were friendly. Their assistance was helpful. The hotel location near the central train station greatly facilitated my travels. This was very convenient. The historic building has a lovely appeal. I look forward to a return visit.
I found that housekeeping service was not frequent. I requested more towels. The hotel also needed more toilet paper. This inconvenience slightly impacted my overall experience. I suggest the hotel to improve the frequency of cleaning.
